DESCRIPTION
A Turbocharger Kit, identified by Part Number 4027970, is a component that increases the power output of an engine by compressing air and forcing it into the combustion chamber. The kit includes a turbocharger assembly, mounting hardware, and all necessary gaskets and hoses. The turbocharger uses exhaust gases to spin a turbine which in turn drives a compressor that pressurizes incoming air. This compressed air is then forced into the engine's cylinders, allowing for more fuel to be burned and increasing horsepower and torque. Turbocharger Kits are popular upgrades for truck owners looking to improve performance without having to replace their entire engine.
