DESCRIPTION
The Aftercooler Core, also known as the intercooler, is a component of a truck's air intake system. It is responsible for cooling compressed air from the turbocharger before it enters the engine's combustion chamber. The core consists of a series of tubes and fins that allow for efficient heat transfer between the compressed air and ambient air flowing over the core. This helps to increase engine efficiency and reduce emissions by lowering the temperature of the intake air. The 4933306 model is a specific aftermarket replacement part for certain Cummins engines.
