DESCRIPTION
The Rear Brake Pickup Sensor, also known as part number MK499329, is a component of a truck's braking system. It is responsible for detecting the rotational speed of the rear wheels and sending this information to the truck's anti-lock braking system (ABS). This sensor helps ensure that the ABS can accurately control the braking pressure of each wheel, preventing skidding or loss of control during sudden stops or slippery road conditions. Without a functioning Rear Brake Pickup Sensor, the ABS may not be able to operate properly, increasing the risk of accidents and reducing overall vehicle safety.
