The Motorcraft Engine Oil Filter Kit Element and Gasket is engineered to protect diesel engines by effectively screening out harmful abrasives such as carbon, sand, dust, and metal particles measuring 20 microns and larger with 80% efficiency. Designed for heavy-duty Ford trucks and commercial vehicles from the mid-1980s to early 1990s including the CF6000, F600 Super Duty, and LN8000 series, this oil filter kit features a cellulose and polyester blend media for high capacity and strength. Its steel case is precisely fitted, rust-resistant, and easy to remove, while pressure-relief and anti-drain back valves ensure consistent oil supply under extreme conditions.
