DESCRIPTION
The Turbocharger Kit (Part Number: 4089872) for Cummins® commercial trucks is a device that increases the engine's power and efficiency by compressing the incoming air before it enters the combustion chamber. This kit includes a turbocharger unit, which consists of a turbine and a compressor wheel. As the exhaust gas passes through the turbine, it spins the compressor wheel, drawing in more air and forcing it into the engine at a higher pressure. This results in improved combustion, allowing the engine to generate more power without increasing its displacement. The Turbocharger Kit enhances the truck's performance, providing better acceleration, increased towing capacity, and improved fuel efficiency.
