DESCRIPTION
A turbocharger is a component that increases the efficiency and power of an engine. The 4089637NX is a specific model of turbocharger commonly used in heavy-duty trucks. It works by compressing air and forcing it into the engine's combustion chamber, allowing for more fuel to be burned and producing more power. The turbocharger is made up of two main components: the turbine and compressor. The turbine is powered by exhaust gases, which turn the compressor wheel, drawing in air from outside of the engine. This compressed air then passes through an intercooler before entering the engine's intake manifold to be mixed with fuel for combustion. Overall, a turbocharger improves engine performance while also reducing emissions by allowing for better fuel economy.
