An incomplete turbocharger kit is a set of components that are required to install a turbocharger on an engine, but some parts may be missing. The kit usually includes the turbocharger, gaskets, bolts, and other necessary hardware. However, it may not include all the components required for a complete installation, such as oil lines, air intake pipes, or exhaust components.
