DESCRIPTION
The rocker lever is a component of the engine valve train that is responsible for transmitting the motion of the camshaft to the valve. It is a pivoting lever that is mounted on a shaft and is actuated by the camshaft. The rocker lever is designed to provide a mechanical advantage that allows the valve to be opened and closed with less force than would be required if the camshaft acted directly on the valve. The BM95154 is a specific rocker lever part number manufactured by Cummins®.
