DESCRIPTION
A pulley remover with the part number 3823040 is a tool used to remove pulleys from engines or other machinery. The pulley remover typically consists of a threaded shaft and two or three arms that can be adjusted to fit around the pulley. Once the arms are in place, the threaded shaft is turned, which applies pressure to the center of the pulley and pulls it off of its mount. This tool is commonly used by mechanics during engine repairs or maintenance, as removing a pulley without damaging it can be difficult without this specialized tool.
