The Engine Long Block - ISX 11.9 13B, also known by its part number DR7074RX, is a complete engine assembly that includes the cylinder block, cylinder head(s), crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons and camshaft. It is specifically designed for heavy-duty trucks and buses that require high horsepower and torque output. The ISX 11.9 13B engine is part of Cummins' X-series engines and features advanced technologies such as an enhanced cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system and a High-Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) fuel system to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. The long block configuration allows for easier installation since it eliminates the need to transfer components from the old engine to the new one.
