DESCRIPTION
The Instrument Drive N855-G, also known as part number 3026173, is a crucial component in the functioning of a diesel engine truck. This drive is responsible for powering the various instruments and gauges on the dashboard of the truck, such as the speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, and temperature gauge. The instrument drive receives power from the engine and uses it to rotate a cable that connects to each instrument on the dashboard. This rotation causes each instrument to display accurate readings to the driver. Without an operational instrument drive, drivers would be unable to monitor important information about their truck's performance while driving.
