DESCRIPTION
A Heat Exchanger Core, also known as a radiator core, is a key component in the cooling system of a truck. The core is made up of small tubes that run horizontally and vertically throughout the unit. As hot coolant flows through the tubes, heat is transferred to the fins attached to them. Air then passes over these fins, cooling down the coolant before it returns to the engine. The Heat Exchanger Core is responsible for maintaining safe operating temperatures in your truck's engine and preventing overheating, which can lead to costly repairs or even total engine failure. Part Number 3229555 refers to a specific model of Heat Exchanger Core that is designed to fit certain makes and models of trucks.
