DESCRIPTION
The Fuel Pump, also known by its part number FCX596RX, is a critical component in a truck's fuel system. Its primary function is to pump fuel from the gas tank to the engine at a consistent rate and pressure. The pump draws fuel through an inlet pipe and pushes it through a series of filters before delivering it to the engine via the fuel injectors. A malfunctioning fuel pump can cause poor engine performance, decreased fuel efficiency, and even complete engine failure. Regular maintenance and replacement of the Fuel Pump can help ensure optimal performance of your truck's fuel system.
