DESCRIPTION
Dist Fuel t/r, also known as the Distributor Fuel Transfer Pump, is a component of a truck's fuel system that transfers fuel from the tank to the engine. It is responsible for maintaining consistent fuel pressure and flow rate throughout the system to ensure proper engine performance. The Dist Fuel t/r typically operates via an electric motor and can be located either inside or outside of the fuel tank. If this component fails, it can result in poor engine performance, decreased fuel efficiency, and potential damage to other parts of the system.
