DESCRIPTION
The ENGINE PISTON KIT (part number 3803817) is a set of components that are designed to work together to create the combustion within the engine. The kit typically includes one or more pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, and circlips. The piston is a cylindrical component that moves up and down within the cylinder bore and transfers energy from the expanding gases to the connecting rod. Piston rings help seal the gap between the piston and cylinder wall, preventing combustion gases from escaping into the crankcase. Wrist pins connect the piston to the connecting rod while allowing for movement during operation. Circlips secure these components in place within their respective grooves on either end of the wrist pin. Together, these parts play an essential role in ensuring efficient engine performance by providing proper compression and power output.
