DESCRIPTION
An Air Transfer Connection, also known as a transfer tube, is a component in the air intake system of a truck. It connects the air filter housing to the intake manifold and allows for the transfer of filtered air into the engine. The Air Transfer Connection is typically made of durable materials such as aluminum or plastic and may have rubber gaskets at each end to create an airtight seal. Proper maintenance of this part is crucial for optimal engine performance and fuel efficiency. If damaged or worn, it can cause air leaks which can lead to reduced power and increased fuel consumption.
