DESCRIPTION
An Aftercooler Core, also known as a Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Core, is a component in a truck's engine that cools the compressed air coming from the turbocharger before it enters the engine. The aftercooler core is designed to remove heat from the compressed air by passing it through a series of small tubes and fins. This process increases the density of the air entering the engine, resulting in improved combustion efficiency and increased power output.
