DESCRIPTION
An aftercooler bracket, also known as a charge air cooler bracket or intercooler bracket, is a metal component that holds the aftercooler in place on a truck's engine. The aftercooler is responsible for cooling compressed air before it enters the engine's combustion chamber, which can increase engine efficiency and performance. The aftercooler bracket ensures that the aftercooler remains securely mounted to the engine and does not vibrate or move around during operation. Part number 206437 is a specific aftermarket replacement part for an aftercooler bracket on certain truck models.
