DESCRIPTION
An Aftercooler is a component used in turbocharged or supercharged diesel engines to cool the compressed air coming out of the forced induction system. Part number 4350041 is a specific type of Aftercooler used in trucks, designed to reduce the temperature and increase the density of air entering the engine. This allows for more efficient combustion and improved engine performance. The aftercooler works by passing hot compressed air through a heat exchanger where it is cooled by ambient air or liquid coolant before entering the engine's intake manifold.
