DESCRIPTION
An aftercooler, also known as an intercooler, is a component of a truck's engine that cools the compressed air coming from the turbocharger before it enters the engine's combustion chamber. The aftercooler is typically located between the turbocharger and the intake manifold and helps to increase engine efficiency by reducing the temperature of the air going into the engine. This allows for more air to be packed into each cylinder, resulting in increased power output from the engine. The 3655963 aftercooler is a specific model used in certain trucks and is designed to provide optimal cooling performance for those vehicles.
