DESCRIPTION
An Aftercooler Core, also known as an intercooler, is a component in a truck's engine that cools compressed air before it enters the engine's cylinders. The 3641078 Aftercooler Core is specifically designed for use in heavy-duty trucks and is responsible for reducing the temperature of the air that has been compressed by the turbocharger. By lowering the temperature of this air, the aftercooler core increases its density, which allows more oxygen to be delivered to the engine's cylinders during combustion. This results in improved engine performance, increased fuel efficiency and reduced emissions. The 3641078 Aftercooler Core is a critical part of any heavy-duty truck's engine system and must be maintained regularly to ensure optimal performance.
