DESCRIPTION
A Spin-On Lube Filter, also known as LF3478, is an essential component of a truck's engine oil system. The filter consists of a canister that houses a replaceable filter element, and it is installed in the engine block or oil pump housing. The filter's primary function is to remove contaminants such as dirt, metal particles and carbon deposits from the engine oil before it circulates through the engine. The spin-on design allows for easy replacement without requiring any special tools or equipment.
