DESCRIPTION
A Spin-On Lube Filter is a replaceable component of an internal combustion engine that filters the motor oil and removes contaminants. The LF3390 model is a specific type of lube filter that can be easily installed or replaced by spinning it onto the engine's oil filter mount. This type of filter typically consists of a housing, filter element, and anti-drain back valve. As the engine runs, the oil is pumped through the filter element which captures dirt, metal shavings, and other debris before returning clean oil to lubricate vital engine components.
